2. General information on data processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), (b) GDPR (contract/pre-contractual measures) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Website provision and server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser used and operating system. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.

The site is served via the Lovable platform, which in turn uses a globally distributed CDN (Cloudflare). This may involve transfer to third countries; appropriate standard contractual clauses are in place.

4. Cookies and consent management

We use exclusively technically necessary storage to save your privacy choice in your browser (localStorage). Analytics functions are only activated after your explicit consent (§ 25 (1) TTDSG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: Open cookie settings.

5. Reach measurement with Plausible Analytics

With your consent, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia. Plausible uses no cookies and does not create any device IDs. No personal data is sold to third parties, no cross-site or cross-device tracking is performed.

Only aggregated usage data is processed (e.g. URL of the page accessed, HTTP referrer, anonymised browser and device information, approximate country-level location). IP addresses are only briefly processed to generate a daily-rotating, hashed identifier and are not stored. Hosting takes place in the EU (Hetzner, Germany).

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TTDSG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time: Open cookie settings. More information: plausible.io/data-policy.

6. Fonts

We use only locally hosted fonts (Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans). No connection to Google Fonts or other external font providers takes place.

7. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the request and for the event that follow-up questions arise (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
